Flightless population in Harmonia axyridis Pallas (Coleoptera : Coccinellidae): some behavioural and biological features

Two flightless but otherwise morphologically normal lines were selected fro m laboratory population by mutagenesis or natural selection. Their biologic al and reproductive performances were similar to those of the laboratory po pulation. According to these results, their mass production and their use i n biological control may be proposed.
