Post-term choriocarcinoma is an infrequent event with poor prognosis. The d
iagnosis is usually delayed due to failure to recognise the mode of present
ation of this disease. Being a rare occurrence, limited data is available r
egarding its clinical features. The choriocarcinoma in our patient presente
d as an isolated huge pedunculated growth over the uterine serosa without i
ntrauterine involvement and distant metastasis.
