Abstract
The late progress of the research on Precambrian organic matter in biomarke
rs, isotopes and relative analytical techniques is reviewed. The key proble
ms in the research of Precambrian organic matter, such as indigenous test o
f soluble organic matter, are also discussed. At the end, the further work
upon Precambrian organic matter is suggested.
