Abstract
We report a case of endogenous aspergillus endophtalmitis. This infection o ccured in a young immunocompromised boy of 6 years old. The localisation of the chorioretinitis was unusual because out of the posterior area. The evo lution was favorable with recovering of the visual acuity under general tre atment and intravitreous injections.
