Abstract
We have used the double pulp flap technique described by Buck-Gramcko for n ail fold creation in 75 fingertips after separation of 38 complete syndacty ly webs in 27 patients. The operative technique is described and the result s are discussed. Nail patterns in these complex syndactyly webs are analyse d and a classification is proposed.
