Abstract
We report a case of a 3-year-old child,vith a desmoid tumour of the hand, w hich is an exceedingly rare location, Desmoid tumours of the hand are diffi cult to treat because of the many important structures concentrated in the area as well as the infiltrative and recurrent character of these tumours.
