Abstract
A local anaesthetic technique for endoscopic carpal tunnel release is descr ibed, This accurately and rapidly blocks median and ulnar nerves in the dis tal forearm, It avoids the infiltration of local anaesthetic solution at th e operation site, a technique which may render the endoscopic view unsatisf actory.
