Abstract
The bilobed flap has many uses in the field of plastic and reconstructive s urgery. We describe its use in achieving skin cover following excision of m ucous cysts in sis digits in sis patients, with a minimum follow up of I ye ar, There were no postoperative complications. No cyst has recurred and cos mesis has been excellent in all cases.
