For the model formally expressed as H-{R} = H-D + Sigma(m=1)(N)alpha(m)delt a(\(x) under bar\ - R-m); (x) under bar is an element of R-3,alpha(m) is an element of R, R-m> 0, we give a precise mathematical definition, provide b asic properties and main scattering elements.
