Abstract
The paper proposes a mechanism for regulating nucleo-cytoplasmic exchanges of macromolecules via NPC in vertebrates. Bending of NE toward the transpor t vector significantly contributes to the dynamics. (C) 2000 Harcourt Publi shers Ltd.
