Abstract
The yeast two-hybrid system has been useful for identifying many partners a nd effecters of small GTPases of the nab family. We describe here such a sc reen using Rab6, a protein involved in the regulation of intracellular tran sport at the level of the Golgi apparatus, as bait. (C) 2000 Academic Press .
