Abstract
We perform a detailed NLO analysis of the combined CCFR xF(3) and F-2 struc ture functions data and extract the value of alpha(s), parameters of distri butions and higher-twist (HT) terms using a direct solution of the DGLAP eq uation. The value of alpha(s)(M-Z) = 0.1222 +/- 0.0048(exp) +/- 0.0026(theo r) is obtained. Our result has a larger central value and errors than the o riginal one of the CCFR collaboration due to model independent parametrizat ion of the HT contributions. The dependence of HT contributions on the QCD renormalization scale is studied.
