Analyzing powers in inclusive pion production at high energy and nucleon spin structure

Analyzing powers of pions inclusively produced in polarized proton-proton c ollision at high energy are investigated using the quark recombination(QRC) model. Calculations by assuming the SU(6) spin-flavor symmetry for the pro ton structure disagree with the experiments. This discrepancy is solved by taking into account the realistic spin distribution function of the proton. We also study analyzing powers of kaon and find A(N)(K+) = -A(N)(K-0) at l arge x(F).
