Abstract
The authors report three cases of extrinsic bilateral ureteric stenoses in which standard double J ureteric stents did not allow medium-term improveme nt of renal function or resolution of pyelocaliceal cavity dilatation on ul trasonography. A favourable course was observed after insertion of cloverle af double J ureteric stents.
