Abstract
The interactions between the components of the catalytic (Acac)Pd(C-3-Acac) PR3 + BF3OEt2 (Acac = acetylacetonate) systems, including the reactions in the presence of hexene-l, were studied by the IR and UV spectroscopic metho ds. The consecutive steps of formation of the active H(L)Pd(P)F . BF2X (P = PR3; X = OH, F; and L = hexene-1) complexes were determined.
