Abstract
Oligonucleotide analogues with a novel su,oar-phosphate backbone containing 2'-arabino-fluoronucleosides and phosphoramidate 3'-NHP(O)(O-)O-5' internu cleoside linkages were prepared. These compounds have demonstrated high bin ding affinity to complementary nucleic acids as well as greater acid stabil ity than the parent oligonucleotide N3' --> P5' phosphoramidates.
