It is shown that, using non-conductive Co-57 compounds with large elec
tron relaxation time tau(1) approximate to 40 ns, it is possible to cr
eate a sub-threshold inversionless quasi-stationary gamma laser for th
e system of Fe-57 nuclear resonant levels.
