This paper deals with the study of new beta-decay acceleration mechani
sms. Estimations have proved that there is a real possibility for stim
ulated beta-decay detection. The required laser intensity has been ach
ieved by now. The mechanism under discussion may be characterized as t
he opposite process of K-electron capture. This paper makes an essenti
al distinction between the above-mentioned mechanism and other beta-de
cay acceleration mechanisms.
