Abstract
A modulation submillimeter-wave radiometer is designed on the array of eigh t edge-type Josephson junctions (EJJs); the modulation is performed by the variation of the transfer constant of the Josephson detectors under a contr ol signal. In the radiometer, the superconducting junctions are used as det ectors and the control-signal (CS) and noise sources.
