Abstract
The experimental observation of the laser-induced satellites in emission of hydrogenic ions is reported. The measured profiles of the Lyman line beta of Al wr exhibit peaks in the wings consistent with theoretical predictions of the spectral line modification by strong single-frequency electric fiel ds.
