Abstract
alpha-Mn2O3 and KMn8O16 were detected on catalysts prepared by pore volume
impregnation of gamma-alumina using manganous nitrate and ammonium permanga
nate, respectively. While the surface texture was not remarkably affected:
decomposition activities towards H2O2 and 2-propanol were higher for the la
ter.
