Abstract
The excess Gibbs free energies were calculated for the three binary mixture s: benzene-carbon tetrachloride, n-hexane-benzene and n-hexane-carbon tetra chloride, using a cellular model and eight combination rules. The values ob tained with only one rule were in good agreement ware the experimental resu lts.
