Abstract
In this communication we explore the possibilities of using magnetosta tic resonators as inclusions for artificial magnetoelectric composites (as suggested by Kamenetskii). The appropriate form of effective cons titutive relations is identified; the properties of eigenwaves and ref lection and transmission coefficients in slabs are analyzed for uniaxi al structures.
