Abstract
This paper describes an efficient synthesis of the beta-2-trimethylsilyleth yl glycoside of lacto-N-fucoheptaose based on a highly stereo- and regiosel ective glycosylation between a Lewis(x) trisaccharidic donor and a tetraol tetrasaccharidic acceptor.
