Abstract
An asymptomatic young man who was denied a pilot's license based on the dia gnosis of Mobitz type II second-degree atrioventricular block, searched the Internet and found an appropriate source for review of his electrocardiogr ams. The tracings showed no evidence of type II block but revealed vagally- induced type I block and type I variants, patterns often confused with type II block.
