Abstract
From the cultures of spore-derived mycobionts of lichen Graphis sp., two is ocoumarins, 8-methyldichlorodiaportin (1) and 6,8-dimethyl-citreoisocoumari n (2), were isolated. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic and chemical methods. This is the first instance of isolation of isocoumarin m etabolites from lichen mycobiont.
