An additional polariton emission line caused by a change in the polariton e
nergy distribution function owing to the exciton-exciton scattering is obse
rved experimentally. The energy shift of this line and the variation in its
intensity with increasing excitation power agree well with the results of
calculations performed in the framework of the theoretical model proposed b
