Abstract
The spin-reorientational transition from the state with "easy-plane" anisot ropy to the state with "easy-axis" anisotropy-a pressure analogue of the Mo rin temperature transition in hematite-was detected in iron borate at a pre ssure of P similar to 17 kbar at room temperature by the neutron diffractio n method.
