Abstract
A pack-cementation process has been developed allowing the codeposition of
complex Nb, Fe, and Cu silicides. Thanks to the determination of the quater
nary phase diagram (Nb-Fe-Cr-Si) as well as the crystallographic features o
f silicides, it is possible to choose adequate masteralloys leading to the
formation of selected coatings.
