Abstract
The radiation-transfer equation (RTE) for a plane monotonic layer of magnet oactive plasma with random electron-concentration irregularities characteri zed by an arbitrary spatial spectrum is considered. The use of the small-an gle scattering approximation in terms of invariant ray coordinates for the RTE analysis is justified. Approximate analytical solutions that describe t he space-angle distribution of the radio radiation reflected from the plasm a layer are obtained.
