Abstract
Reduction in the shear transverse wave (STW) velocity under the Bragg condi tion is experimentally investigated as a function of the relief depth on th e surface of yxls/32 degrees/90 degrees piezoelectric quartz in a resonator structure with transverse coupled modes. The factors that specify the limi t selectivity of bandpass filters on such structures fabricated on a piezoe lectric quartz and other materials are determined.
