Abstract
Tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS), hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS) and n-hexane, p lasma deposited on alumina pellets, result in hydrophobic and chemically re sistant films, while TEOS treated alumina powder showed significant changes in the zeta potential as a function of pH.
