Sm22Co78/Fe65Co35/Sm22Co78/Fe65Co35 multilayer films were prepared by magne
tron sputtering. The temperature dependence of coercivity (H-c), remanence
(M-r) and reduced remanence (M-r/M-s) has been measured. The coercivity dec
reases with increasing of temperature. The remanence decreases with increas
ing the temperature from 26 to 100 degrees C, and then increases with conti
nuously increasing the temperature from 100 to 150 degrees C. The reduced r
emanence increases with increasing the temperature.
