Generating singularities of solutions of quasilinear elliptic equations

Let 1 < p < N. If the right-hand side of a quasilinear p-laplace elliptic e quation has singularity of order gamma is an element of (p, 1 + N/p') at a point x(0) is an element of Omega, then each supersolution which is essenti ally bounded from below on a neighborhood of x(0), has singularity of order gamma-p/p-1 at x(0). Moreover, we obtain an er;plicit and sharp lower boun d of the supersolution in the neighborhood of x(0). (C) 2000 Academic Press .
