Abstract
Kinetics of the synthesis of 3-[3-quinoxaline(1H)-one]propionic acid (I) we re performed. This compound was achieved from reaction between o-phenylened iamine and alpha-ketoglutaric acid under different experimental conditions, and it was sent to the National Cancer Institute (USA) for its pharmacolog ical evaluation.
