The processes of diffusion-limited growth of aggregates during their o
rigin at the walls of a closed cavity is analyzed. It was demonstrated
that the set of the formed structures is self-similar and is describe
d by the effective fractal dimension D-f = 1.815 +/- 0.008. The effici
ency of a functioning granule whose porous structure is formed accordi
ng to the model of this type is estimated.
