Abstract
Iron(III) catalyzed conversion of bis-beta-keto esters with bis-vinyl keton es furnished a poly-Michael addition product with a weight average molecula r weight of M-w= 6 . 10(3) g/mol and M-w / M-n = 1.7 and a constitution bea ring carbonyl moieties all along the polymer backbone.
