Abstract
Hereditary neuralgic amyotrophy is a rare autosomal dominant disorder of the peripheral nervous system. Previous segregation analysis in two large pedigrees suggested linkage to distal 17q. Linkage data obtaine d in the present study investigating a three generation pedigree confi rm linkage to 17q24-q25.
