Abstract
Trisomy 10 is a rare nonrandom cytogenetic abnormality found ill associatio n with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The hematological and clinical feature s associated with this finding have not yet been clearly defined. A literat ure review revealed 13 cases of trisomy 10 in AML, some reported as a minor ity component of a more comprehensive An-IL study and therefore lacking a f ull description of both clinical and hematological features. We present a s ummary of these reports and add three new. cases to the literature. (C) Els evier Science Inc., 2000. All rights reserved.
