Abstract
When parahydrogen induced polarisation is used to examine hydrogenation rea ctions involving [Rh(mu-Cl)(PPh3)(2)](2) and RhCl(CO)(PMe3)(2), binuclear d ihydride complexes are detected, characterised, and shown to be capable of alkene hydrogenation.
