Abstract
This study used a path analysis of longitudinal data collected from 600 und ergraduate management information systems students to test a model of the c ognitive, motivational, and affective processes impacting computer-related performance. Nearly all of the predicted paths were at least partially supp orted. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed. (C) 2000 Elsev ier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
