Mg. Pavlovic et al., A MICROSCOPIC INVESTIGATION OF ELECTROLYTIC COPPER POWDERS DEPOSITED BY REVERSING CURRENTS, Hydrometallurgy, 35(2), 1994, pp. 267-274
The copper powders electrodeposited by reversing current were investig
ated using a scanning electron microscope. The effects of the current
amplitude, cathodic to anodic time ratio and period of the current wav
e are discussed. It is shown that the parameters determining the rever
sing current wave determine the micromorphology of the copper powder p
articles deposited.
