Abstract
The lubricant susceptibility of two direct compression excipients, Avicel P H-200 and Cellactose, was determined using a model mix with metamizol sodiu m (dipyrone) and designed experiments to obtain a quantitative relationship by multiple regression. As a result, a new constant called specific lubric ant sensibility L-s is proposed for the comparison of lubricant susceptibil ity in other drug-excipient systems.
