From the Belpbergschichten (upper part of the Upper Marine Molasse, Middle Burdigalian) in the south and west of Bern, Switzerland, 23 species of the Mactracea, Solenacea and Tellinacea (Heterodonta) are described, figured an d compared with other species in this third part of publication. The proven ance and abundance of the species in the Belpbergschichten and the distribu tion (according to our list of synonyms) in the Paratethys and Tethys are g iven. 7 species are new: Mactra ruescheggensis, Spisula belpbergensis, S. h ohburgensis, Lutraria acutifrons, Ensis bernensis, Solecurtus brevis and Ph arus jansseni.
