Abstract
A theoretical investigation into intermodulation products resulting from mu
ltiple equal strength signals fed into a nonlinear amplifier is presented a
nd a comparison made with measured data. An analytical form is given for th
e output when the level of AM-PM conversion is small. Otherwise, a numerica
l analysis involving the discrete Fourier transform is employed.
