Abstract
A two-pole filter bank is proposed as a video integrator for scanning radar
s. Compared with the conventional two-pole filter, the proposed integrator
is more stable: and less sensitive ca filter coefficient quantisation. More
over, the new integrator has almost the same computational load and perform
ance as the two-pole titter.
