Bundle method for optimal transmitter location in indoor wireless system

Site-specific radio propagation models for wireless applications are widely used to assess the propagation conditions in a given environment. This all ows the design of automatic planning methods in which a characteristic of t he wireless system is maximised. The authors present a new method which com prises a combination of bundle methods and a simple indoor propagation mode l. A comparison between this method and a projected variable metric method shows that the presented bundle method exhibits better performance.
