Abstract
Nanocrystalline CuMS2 (M = In or Ga) were synthesized at 200 degrees C unde r solvothermal conditions using CuCl, In or Ga, and S as reactants. 3CuCl + 4M + 6S --> 3CuMS(2) + MCl3 (M = In or Ga).
