New palladium(II) complexes of (N,N-dimethylamino)alkoxy-1,3,2-oxazaphospholidine ligands

New P,N-bidentate aminophosphite ligands OCH2CH2N(R)PO(CH2)(n)NMe2 (2a R = Me, n = 2; 2b R = t-Bu, n = 2; 3 R = t-Bu, n = 3) have been obtained and ch aracterized. Complexation of all the ligands with [PdCl2(COD)] (COD = 1,5-c yclooctadiene) has been investigated. Ligands 2a,b have been found to form mononuclear chelate complexes [PdCl2(PN)]. Ligand 3 forms a binuclear compo und [PdCl2(PN)](2), in which molecules 3 act as P,N-bidentate bridges. The obtained compounds have been characterized by multinuclear NMR, IR spectros copy, mass spectrometry and sedimentation analysis.
