Abstract
This note draws attention to the possibility of a deep connection betw een COBE measurement, the recent results of Cantorian-fractal spacetim e and cosmic strings. Our conclusion is that all three lines of resear ch seem to confirm the big bang scenario and relate to a gamma-like di stribution function revealing a link to a common statistical and therm odynamical origin.
